UK Viewers: Season 2 of Virgin Island is now live on Channel 4!

Virgin Island is a groundbreaking, 2-season reality series from Channel 4 that follows young adults as they navigate sex, relationships, and emotional connection — for the first time.

Across the series, these 12 brave trailblazers move from uncertainty and inexperience toward greater confidence, clarity, and self-understanding through guided group workshops and one-on-one support.

Dr. Danielle Harel and Celeste Hirschman are the lead experts on Virgin Island. Through Somatica workshops and sessions, they guide participants into deeply intimate moments with care, encouragement, and attuned, real-time support.

Virgin Island highlights the power of the Somatica Method they developed over decades. You see the profound transformation right before your eyes as the participants develop confidence, charisma, and a more authentic relationship with themselves and others.

Ready For Your Own Breakthrough?

Virgin Island offers a powerful window into the kind of change that becomes possible when people are deeply seen, supported, and guided toward greater self-understanding.

At the heart of that work is Danielle and Celeste’s insight into Core Strategy and Core Desires — the unconscious patterns that shape how you love, protect yourself, and seek connection. When you begin to understand your own, everything starts to make more sense.

The At Your Core Quiz is your invitation to begin that journey for yourself — and take the first step toward more confidence, clarity, intimacy, and aliveness.

The pros taught us how it was done, I’m a free woman now thanks to these girls! I didn’t realize that would happen on a two week retreat but these are experts, so they know what they’re doing!

Season 2 of Virgin Island follows a group of young adults who arrive with little to no sexual or relationship experience – and a lot of insecurities and questions.

Over the course of 8 episodes, they’re guided through structured group workshops and one-on-one sessions designed to help them navigate intimacy from the ground up. What unfolds isn’t just about first physical experiences but the emotional layers underneath them: fear, shame, pressure, and the desire to feel wanted and understood.

Each episode tracks a different stage of that journey. From building self-awareness and body confidence to learning how to communicate needs, set boundaries, stay present, and escalate sexual intimacy with another person.

The progress starts slow, but the tension keeps building as each person is asked to face what has held them back for so long. Vulnerability deepens, emotions rise to the surface, and the moments of connection become more intimate, more revealing, and more surprising than anyone expected.
