If, for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule your participation in one of our workshops or sessions, please be advised of the following cancellation policies:
Coaching sessions: In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify your coach at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. Once an appointment is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide 48 hours advance notice, regardless of the reason for canceling or rescheduling.
Intensives: When you schedule an intensive you will be charged a non-refundable fee to cover 3 hours of the intensive. If you cancel more than two weeks before the event, you will receive a full refund less the non-refundable amount. If you cancel less than two weeks before the intensive, you will be responsible to pay for half of the time scheduled for the intensive.
Workshops: If you choose to withdraw from the workshop 30 days or more prior to the first day of the program, you will be refunded all tuition paid less a non-refundable $350 cancellation fee. If you choose to withdraw from the workshop for any reason whatsoever less than 30 days before the first day of the program, or should you miss any individual class sessions, you will be held responsible for payment of the full tuition. No exceptions will be made. This cancellation policy applies to all our workshops that don’t have a specific cancellation policy posted.
While a session can feel therapeutic, Somatica Sex and Relationship Coaching is not psychotherapy. We are not physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed social workers, or licensed marriage and family therapist, and we do not offer medical advice. We work in conjunction with psychotherapists and if you think you need these services, we would be happy to refer you to the appropriate professionals. Somatica Sex and Relationship Coaching is also not a medical treatment. Prospective and current clients who feel that they are physically ill are encouraged to seek medical evaluation from a physician.
With reference to California Penal Code section 647(b) and CALCRIM Nos. 1153 to 1155, the services discussed herein do not in any way include or relate to either (1) engagement in any lewd act for money or other consideration, or (2) solicitation, offer, or agreement to engage in any lewd act for money or other consideration.
