In the first couple of sessions, we see each of you individually and then the two of you as a couple. In the first session we will talk separately about each of your thoughts, feelings and experiences around sexuality and intimacy, identify your desires around coaching and possibly begin some of the foundational experiential work that is a part of all of our coaching. We will meet as a group and make a plan for how we will work together.
